SHIPPING CONDITIONS & SERVICES POLICY
Max & Me partners with Aramex to deliver wine across Australia, excluding the Northern Territory. For deliveries to the Northern Territory, please email wine@maxandme.com.au, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number from Aramex to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 2 days for order processing and an additional 2-6 days for delivery, depending on your location.
Freight costs depend on your region. Max & Me club members enjoy discounts or free shipping based on their membership level. Shipping rates are categorized by the number of bottles: 1-3, 4-11, or 12+. Club members receive free shipping on orders of 12+ bottles, while non-members pay a flat rate of $15 AUD.

WINE CLUB
By signing up as a wine club member you authorise Max & Me to charge your credit card automatically for your club shipment, based on the frequency selected during sign-up. Members must keep their delivery address details up to date and notify us within 3 days of receiving the tracking number if a parcel is not received. Replacements will not be issued if Max & Me is not notified within this timeframe.
Max & Me reserves the right to modify prices, discounts, and benefits, with members being notified of any changes. No additional discounts or promotions can be applied to special member pricing, and Max & Me library wines are excluded from this pricing.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
At Max & Me, we adhere to Australian Consumer Protection laws for returns and refunds.
To return an order, notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will refund you upon receiving the returned goods. Unopened items will be fully refunded. Refunds will be processed promptly via your original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

DELIVERY COMPLAINTS & DAMAGES
Max & Me has teamed up with Aramex to ensure your wine is delivered swiftly across Australia. For any issues with lost orders, please contact Aramex directly. However, don't hesitate to email us at wine@maxandme.com.au – we’re here to help and will do everything possible to assist you. The decision to replace any damaged or lost goods rests solely with Max & Me.
