This Riesling captures the classic Eden Valley lime and jasmine perfume, with delicious and refreshing flavour. This wine is wonderful young, but is well suited for aging, and should be a 10-20+ year proposition for cellaring. This style was honed in Phil’s years making Vickery Rieslings with the late ‘legend’ John Vickery, as collaborator, mentor and friend.
