Description
At Boongarrie Estate, olive trees include Manzanillo, which produces a fruity and floral oil, as well as Pendolino and Kalamata, which add complexity and depth to the oil.
Olives were harvested from the 24th to the 29th of June 2023, and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil was pressed by a local olive press.
Our Boongarrie Estate olive oil is a fruity and flavourful oil, made from our Estate's olive grove. It is unfiltered and unfined, and is suitable for vegan consumption.
