Max & Me Pinot Noir, grown in the High Eden sub-district of Eden Valley. This is medium-bodied, bright, fresh, and has an array of dark brambly fruits. Vegan friendly. A single vineyard Pinot Noir by Philip and Sarah Lehmann.

The high altitude of the vineyard is required for this variety in our region. When grown too hot, it loses its perfume. The Pinot comes from a cool east-facing block overlooking the Eastern Eden Valley plateau range. The grapes produced by these old-vine Pinot vines are delicious.  With open fermentation and 11 months in second-fill fine grained French oak puncheons, this Pinot is bright, crunchy, and fruity. In this style, we attempt to capture the freshness and crunchiness in the red wine. It is delicious now, but improves with age.
